1. About these terms

These terms govern your reservation and visit at Cabana Beach Bar, operated at Cabana Beach Bar, Ayapinoros, Yeroskipou 8204, Cyprus. By making a booking on this site you accept them.

2. Reservations

A booking is only confirmed once we email you a confirmation with a booking reference.
Your table is held for 15 minutes from the reserved time. After that we may release it to another guest.
You can request changes via WhatsApp message us or phone +357 96 20 17 17.

3. Card hold & cancellation

When you book, your card is authorised for €20 per guest as a refundable deposit. No money leaves your account at this stage.
You can cancel for a full release of the hold via the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your reservation.
Within 24 hours of the reservation time the hold is captured as a late-cancellation / no-show fee. Self-service cancellation is closed in this window — contact us directly if your plans change.
When you arrive and are seated, the hold is released and you pay your final bill as normal.
Card processing is performed by JCC Payment Systems Ltd. We never see, store or handle your full card details.

4. Conduct

We may refuse entry or service if guests behave in a way that disturbs other patrons, staff or the venue. Our team's decision is final.

5. Allergies & dietary requirements

Please mention allergies or dietary needs in the Special Requests field of your booking, and again with your server on arrival. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Cyprus law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services purchased. We are not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version live on this site at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
